As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced Executive Search Consultant to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients.
• Stay updated on industry trends, talent movements, and recruitment market developments.
• Manage the end-to-end Executive Search and recruitment process, from understanding client requirements to successful placement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
• Conduct candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and assessment.
• Identify and approach qualified candidates through professional networks and various sourcing channels.
• Develop and maintain a strong candidate database and talent pool.
• Conduct market mapping and talent research based on client requirements.
• Prepare candidate profiles and recommendations for clients.
• Coordinate interviews and recruitment processes between clients and candidates.

Requirements

• Proactive, mature, well-organized, and comfortable working in a target-oriented environment.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in recruitment.
• Experience in Executive Search / Headhunting is preferred. Candidates with a combination of Executive Search and corporate recruitment experience are welcome.
• Experience handling mid-to-senior level positions.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, networking, and negotiation skills.
• Good understanding of recruitment processes and talent assessment.
• Graduate from a reputable local or overseas university.
