Position Overview:

• This role is responsible for delivering the agreed KPIs across service, stock, operational efficiency, and budget through the effective management of the local Supply Chain team across Indonesia's factories.
• The position is also expected to drive strong adoption of and adherence to global supply chain strategies and best practices within its assigned markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Foster a proactive safety culture that engages employees and prevents injuries.
• Serve as the central coordination point across supply chain, Commercial/Manufacturing, and Procurement to achieve shared goals.
• Direct all inbound and outbound warehouse and distribution operations to meet compliance, productivity, lead time, accuracy, and cost targets.
• Supervise raw material planning and material movement between sites.
• Coordinate supply chain activities for new product launches and discontinuations.
• Own stock management, including stock levels, obsolete inventory, and valuations.
• Drive initiatives to improve service and customer satisfaction against target KPIs.
• Ensure local compliance with S&OP processes and global best practices.
• Hire, develop, and motivate the team, with strong succession planning.
• Lead projects to build a more agile, cost-efficient, and sustainable supply chain.
• Participate in health, safety, and environmental programs and use appropriate PPE.
• Report all safety and environmental incidents.
• Carry out departmental activities in line with environmental policy.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of supply chain experience across Procurement, Planning, Logistics, or Operations in manufacturing, including at least 5 years in senior leadership, backed by a Bachelor's degree in a related field (Master's an advantage) and fluency in English.
• Strong technical command of supply chain strategy and planning methodologies (S&OP, inventory optimization, continuous improvement) and ERP systems such as SAP, with a proven track record of driving growth, cost efficiency, and service improvement.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and project management skills, with demonstrated success building high-performing teams, leading cross-functional collaboration, and delivering transformation and process improvement initiatives.
