Position: 

• Head of Commercial Strategy

Position Overview:

Manage the execution of functions in accordance with the policies and standards set by Corporate Strategy, specifically related to Commercial Strategy, and formulate and support the direction of the Company's integrated Long-Term Plan for the Group.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, evaluate, and monitor commercial strategies and policies to ensure Group-wide alignment and consistent implementation.
• Analyze customer research, market intelligence, products/services, and the business environment to inform and validate commercial direction, prioritizing opportunities and capabilities.
• Direct and develop marketing strategy, including positioning, pricing, channels, communications, and investment and monitor its implementation across the Group.
• Direct and develop sales strategy, including market trends, partners, budgets, success metrics, and customer management and monitor its implementation across the Group.
• Formulate the Group's commercial positioning by assessing commodity, supply, and sales competitiveness against competitors and macro conditions.
• Ensure timely compliance with Corporate/Commercial Strategy policies and follow up on related audit findings.
• Build team capacity to strengthen the Corporate Strategy function, and comply with all applicable Group regulations and policies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, Management, or International Business. 
• A Master's degree in Business Strategy, Strategic Marketing, or Economics is an advantage.
• Work Experience 10–15 years
• Preferably from the lubricants and FMCG industries. Has work experience in commercial strategy, industrial marketing, or market intelligence/market research. Has previously led the development of marketing or sales strategy at a corporate scale.
